Pan-Pacs 16U & 18U State Team EOI

Due to no ECC being held in Australia in 2018, and with WPV now aiming to send 14U State Teams (male and female) to Pan-Pacs, we are looking to gauge interest from the community about expanding the total number of State teams.
WPV is therefore seeking interest from eligible WPV athletes who wish compete in the 16U (Born 2002+) and 18U (Born 2000+) boys and girls divisions. If you or your athlete is interested, please complete the following survey:
