WPVic 2021 Annual General Meeting

Reminder that the Annual General Meeting of Water Polo Victoria (WPVic) is scheduled for Thursday 18th November commencing at 6:30pm.

The meeting will be conducted via Zoom Meeting with login details and any other meeting information to be provided to registered attendees (see below). In accordance with the Constitution, all Member Clubs, Life Members and current Directors received Meeting Notice and Director Nominations information and Form via email on 29th October.

Individual registered members are invited to attend the AGM as a spectator with Members Clubs to appoint a Club Delegate who can vote and speak on behalf of the Club. Club Delegates are to be confirmed by Club President or Secretary by emailing the Executive Officer (executiveofficer@vicwaterpolo.com.au) no later than 5pm Monday 15th November.

Members intending to attend the AGM or wishing to acknowledge their apologises are requested to complete the Attendee Register.

NOTE: Submissions and registrations are to be lodged by 5:00pm Monday 15 November 2021.
