2019 State Championships

Entries have been called for the 2019 WPV State Championships commencing on Tuesday 23rd July

All games will be played at MSAC Outdoor/Diving pools and Melb High

Age Groups:

• Junior Men & Women - players born 2002, 2003 2004 or 2005

• Youth Boys and Girls - players born 2004, 2005 2006 or 2007

• age groups aligned with WP Aust 2020 National Championships

• Players outside these age criteria may apply for exemption

Competition will be over 15 rounds (12 only for JnrM/W) plus finals

Major Semis - Saturday 30 Nov - from 9.00am * MSAC

Minor Semis - Tuesday 3 Dec - from 6.00pm MSAC-MHS

Prelims - Thursday 5 Dec - from 6.00pm MSAC-MHS

Grand Finals - Saturday 7 Dec - from 9.00am MSAC

* note earlier time from previous years

Rules:

New FINA competition rules apply to all grades

Teams should advise their team managers or your club’s Competitions Manager asap of their playing intentions for next season

Registration:

A new registration year will commence from 1-July-2019

All players must be registered with Water Polo Victoria to be eligible to participate
