Water Polo Victoria are pleased to announce that Elih Mutsch will be lead coach of the WPV Development Program for Term 1, 2024.

Elih is an experienced Water Polo player and rising star within the sport. Hailing from the Oven's & Murray region, Elih has shown his incredible progress and skill, being named in a number of Australian touring squads in recent years are among his many achievements. In 2024, Elih will also be making his debut for our AWL club, Victorian Phoenix, where he will join his brother Tyson. Elih's knowledge and experience will greatly assist participants in building their skills and reaching new goals.

Sitting under our Academy program, The WPV Development program enables Water Polo Victoria to provide younger athletes a space to continue to build their foundational Water Polo skills and develop their understanding of the game from our coaching team. Those athletes 11 years and older, who want to gain additional training and development in a fun and challenging environment, are encouraged to join the program.

We are excited to have Elih on board as coaching lead, he will be supported by assistant coaches throughout the term as well. With Week 2 of the program starting on Wednesday morning (07/02), we encourage interested athletes to come down to MSAC and get involved!
