R U OK Day!
Whilst it's always important to check in on your mates, teammates and family members today is "R U Ok Day!" A day all about checking in and reaching out for support if you need! Before you can look out for others, you need to look out for yourself. And that’s ok. If you're not in the right headspace or you don't think you're the right person to have the conversation, try to think of someone else in their support network who could talk to them.
It starts with a conversation, listening and reacting to what they say, if you're not sure how to start here is a great diagram to help you out!
The sun is out and shining today so make sure you get out for a walk, pat a doggo and get away from the screen! Call your friends, family and teammates and support each other.
