Term 4 Academy and Development Program (Starts October 3!)
Term 4 of the Water Polo Victoria Academy will kick off with week one starting on October 3rd at MSAC! This program enables Water Polo Victoria to support our athletes who are on the elite pathway, as well as provide extra training sessions and coaching support for all athletes as they develop their game. This term we will be combining our boys' and girls' Academy athletes for the sessions, working all together to finish the year off strong!
ACE Performance will also be delivering some additional sessions for our Academy athletes in Term 4, at no extra cost. You can read about ACE Performance here.

Where: MSAC Dive Pool
When: Tuesday and Thursday mornings (Combined Boys and Girls). From October 3rd.
Time: 5:30am to 7.00am
Coaches: Chloe Lim, Ben Adams and Greig (Spindles) Richardson as High-Performance Manager.
Who: Any interested athletes 13 years and older (Athletes born 2010 are permitted to trial, athletes born 2011 are not eligible)
Program: Training program runs until end of Term 4 (Thursday 7th of December)
Sessions: 19 Sessions + Ace Performance Sessions
Cost: $350 as per previous terms (irrespective of number of sessions attended). Once attended individuals will be invoiced (following Week 1).
EOI: Only complete if you have not already completed an EOI
Please be advised if you are not selected in our Academy, you will be encouraged to join our development program which is held on Wednesday mornings at MSAC to continue your skill development.
Term 4 of the Water Polo Victoria Development Program will kick off on the 4th of October! This program enables Water Polo Victoria to provide younger athletes a space to continue to build their foundational Water Polo skills and develop their understanding of the game from our coaching team. We have had a great group of athletes involved in this program in 2023 and have seen all of them continue to develop their skills and knowledge.
Where: MSAC Dive Pool
When: Wednesday Mornings. Week 1 starting 4th of October.
Time: 5:30am to 7.00am
Coaches: Gareth Hunter. Greig (Spindles) Richardson as High-Performance Manager
Who: Any interested athletes 11 years and older (mix gendered)
Program: Training program runs until end of Term 4 (Wednesday 6th of December).
Sessions: 10 sessions
Cost: $180 as per each term (irrespective of number of sessions attended). Individuals will be invoiced after their attendance at the first session.
EOI: Only complete if you haven't completed an academy or development EOI – Development Program EOI
Once programs are finalised (following Week 1), TeamApp groups will be created for each program and athletes will be added in once confirmed as participants.
