Water Polo Victoria Launch New Strategic Plan

All Together!

After months of development, collaboration, feedback and review, the WPV Board is proud to launch our new Strategic Plan for 2026-2028, Growing Stronger Together.

Over the last six months, Water Polo Victoria has been working with a variety of stakeholders to create our new strategy. Aligning closely with Water Polo Australia's 2032+ Powered by Purpose, this plan will be WPV's guiding document as we work together to grow and strengthen our great sport here in Victoria. After presenting it to our clubs at a recent Presidents Meeting, we are thrilled to share it with you all.
