Water Polo Victoria - National State Championships Trials

It is very exciting to announce that Water Polo Victoria have confirmed the Trials for National State Championships teams. The teams will be competing in September/October over two weekends. Expressions of interest are now open for athletes who wish to trial for the State Teams.

As with previous years, all athletes who are selected for a State Team is expected to attend 100% of training sessions and be dedicated to training and representing Victoria. If an athlete is unable to attend all trainings, an exemption must be applied for 2 weeks prior and approved by Simon Devine or Thomas Swords.

If selected onto the State Team, athletes are expected to attend Academy training when able, however already being in Academy doesn’t guarantee you a position on the State Team.

U15 & U17 Girls Tournament:24/09/2022 - 27/09/2022 - Gold Coast

U15 & U17 Boys Tournament: 29/09/2022 - 2/10/2022 - Melbourne
