WPVic 2020 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Water Polo Victoria (WPVic) has been scheduled for Monday 9th November commencing at 6:30pm.

The meeting will be conducted via Zoom Meetings with login details and any other meeting information to be provided to registered attendees (see below). In accordance with the Constitution, all Member Clubs, Life Members and Directors received Meeting Notice and information on Director Nominations via email on 18th October.

Individual registered members are invited to attend the AGM as a spectator with Members Clubs to appoint a Club Delegate who can vote and speak on behalf of the Club. Club Delegates are to be confirmed by Club President or Secretary by emailing the Executive Officer (executiveofficer@vicwaterpolo.com.au).

Members intending to attend the AGM or wishing to acknowledge their apologises are requested to complete the Attendee Register.

NOTE: Submissions and registrations are to be lodged by 5:00pm Monday 2 November 2020.
